The Southwest Virginia Council
of the International Literacy Association will be having its 41st Annual Fall
Reading Conference on Saturday, October 24, 2015, and we want you to be a part
of this event. We would like for you, your company, or your organization to
plan to exhibit your most recent publications or products at our conference.
The conference will be held at
the Southwest Virginia Higher Education Center in historic Abingdon,
Virginia. The event will begin at 9:00 A.M. and end at 1:00 P.M. Participants
will be viewing the exhibits during registration from 8:00 until 9:00;
immediately following the general session; and during breaks in sessions. Our
conference will feature Mr. Wade Whitehead as the keynote speaker and several
breakout sessions as well.
We can assure you of the
following features at our conference:
Exhibits will be in an easily accessible area.
There will be at least 45 minutes of exclusive time for teachers to view your
exhibits and buy your products including time before the conference begins.
Approximately 150
participants will be in attendance.
If you are able to participate
in our conference this year, please fill out the enclosed form and return it to
me as soon as possible. I must receive it no later than October 5, 2015 for
your name to appear in our conference program.
A table is $25 and we are asking for a donation of a door prize.
